centered institute community art workshop

I will guide the group in an accessible art process that requires only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Much like my art, I am always in process. Being an artist isn’t just about creating—it’s how I experience and make sense of the world. Though I once tried to see things through a more linear lens, I’ve learned that art is my most reliable guide.

Art-making is transformative, especially in community. It breaks down barriers, eases stress, and connects us to our truest selves. This is why I became an art therapist—to help others access that space of flow and renewal."

Bring yourself and a friend!

the workshop will be held at Centered in New Haven

Magic Loves a Void Workshop

This process I developed, Magic Loves a Void. It is named after the first series of prints I created in this style which was inspired by the words of Sarah Faith Gottesdiener, author of Moon Beaming. Sarah described the idea that magic loves a void in a course she was teaching about working with the moon’s energy that I took in late 2020.
